The Sims IVF European Donor Egg Programme (EDE) Package is all-inclusive

We recognise that fertility treatment requires a big commitment, both emotionally and financially. So we try to keep it straightforward with a simple all-inclusive price that includes a second embryo transfer should the first be unsuccessful for any reason (assuming there are sufficient embryos).

Our EDE Co-ordinators would be happy to go through the elements of our package with you at any time. Our all-inclusive package provides:

• All routine blood testing
• All laboratory costs including semen analysis, semen freeze, ICSI, Blastocyst Culture and Embryo freeze
• A second frozen embryo transfer cycle (if required) is included
• Storage costs of any frozen embryos for a period of one year
• Recipient costs – including preparation of the recipient female for embryo transfer
• Donor costs
• Donor medications
• Ability to select your own donor from a pool of donors, all of whom have their own children and therefore have proven fertility
• One to one donation, meaning that eggs retrieved from the donor for your cycle are entirely yours and not split between you and other recipients
• Shipment of gamete and embryos that are accompanied by Sims IVF medical staff, saving you the cost of travel, accommodation and time off work
• Early pregnancy assessment, scanning and care is also included at the Sims Clinic
• One session of counselling (mandatory) - Missed or cancelled appointment without 24hrs notice will incur an additional fee of €80.

The cost of the European Donor Egg Programme is €12,000.

This is paid in three instalments:

• First instalment: €2000 is due with the initial investigations/blood tests.
• Second instalment: €5,000 is due at sperm freeze.
• Third instalment: €5,000 is due upon selecting and confirming a donor.

All payments for the European Donor Egg Programme to be made payable to Sims Ukraine.

What is not included:

• Initial consultation with one of Sims' physicians. (This is unecessary if you are already a patient of Sims IVF).
• Any additional, advanced testing prescribed by your physician e.g. advanced autoimmune tests.
• Medications for the recipient female. Although, for Irish patients these are currently covered under the Drug Payment Scheme (DPS).

Payment

Patients are asked to note that payment is due prior to each treatment cycle. No further procedures or investigations will be carried out if any invoices are still outstanding.Sims IVF reserve the right to suspend treatment where any invoices remain outstanding. No refunds will be made on tests, investigations or counselling if a couple is not accepted onto the program.
